Shipping (US)

All in-stock items ship via UPS within 5-7 business days of purchase. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify that the ship-to address is correct and contact us immediately if there is an error. You will receive another confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

Please note that UPS only delivers on standard business days (Monday through Friday). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All wallpaper products that are not in stock have a lead time of 6 - 8 weeks, unless noted otherwise. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only able to ship to Canada and the UK. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside of these areas.

Shipments to destinations outside of the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your respective customs office for further information about specific duties and taxes for your country. We are required by law to disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.

Return Policy

We always want you to be happy with your order from New Hat. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of our limited edition home goods and wearables or wallpaper sheets. We will, however, accept returns of wallpaper rolls if you contact us within 10 days of delivery, provided the rolls are unopened and in their original packaging. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us HERE to request a return.

All custom products are final sale and cannot be returned. Design and set up fees for custom orders are not refundable.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process, even though we do our best to deliver your items to you in perfect condition. If products have arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or return. Please keep the original item(s), packaging materials, and documents related to your delivery. Damage claims can be filed HERE.

Please inspect all wallpaper products upon delivery to ensure that no defects are present. Examination before hanging is the buyer’s responsibility. Please keep in mind that all of New Hat’s screen printed wallpapers are printed by hand using hand mixed inks. Minor variations or imperfections may occur, and are natural byproducts of handmade processes. If you believe the wallpaper roll you received is defective, please file your claim HERE.

No claim can be accepted after wallpaper has been cut and pasted showing defects which were apparent at the time of installation or wallpaper that has been damaged during installation. New Hat assumes no liability for any wallpaper product once it has been pasted, installed, or used in any way. New Hat assumes no liability for any actions of your wallpaper installer.
