DESCRIPTION
The artwork for this wallpaper represents a full and beautiful life. When this residential client came to us they were in the process of designing their retirement years abode after selling the family home. When discussing decorating with wallpaper the client said, “I can’t seem to find anything that feels like it’s ME”. This was a perfect set up for New Hat. From there, this heirloom style wallpaper was born. A double wide pattern repeat chock full of scanned memorabilia, custom drawings of dogs, homes, schools, spoons, birds, priceless whim whams and more adorns this jewel box powder room. It’s the first place the owner takes her guests when they arrive — never mind the toilet. :) There is nothing more personal than bringing your stowed away boxes of keepsakes onto a wallpaper that from far away looks like a piece of art, but up-close tells the story of your life.
